I’m fascinated by behaviour and how this helps or hinders us at work. Apart from being naturally curious my interest and expertise has been built over the years in my former roles as talent and business partner, HR director, EMEA retail learning manager.

Background
Other than my keen interest in this area, I have nearly two decades’ experience and technical knowledge in organisational development and leadership training with Leadership teams, CEOs, director boards, line-managers and functional teams.
Having worked in large corporations and small businesses I know how to translate complex into simple and get things done. It also means the style of training I develop is practical and you can use it straight away.
I get energy working with different people and listening to their ideas. This means I'll work in partnership with you to understand your needs and get a taste of the business so that I can deliver the best solution for you.

I work in partnership with you throughout... I’m one of those people who likes working with other people... but whatever your preferences or time constraints, I'll make sure you’re kept up to date in a way that works for you!
My approach to workshops is pragmatic and results-focused which often means adapting to the needs of the people in the room in the moment.
I genuinely enjoy the challenge of working with a bunch of people I’ve not met before on a workshop and leaving the day seeing them understand on a whole new level and knowing them a whole lot better too!
